What SaaS Mode changes
Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, automated sub account creation, and supported markup based rebilling. HighLevel also provides a SaaS Configurator for plans, subscriptions, client access, and billing setup.
SaaS V1 and SaaS V2
HighLevel's current documentation describes two billing architectures. SaaS V1 uses Stripe as the payment provider and system of record. SaaS V2 uses an Agency Sub Account as the billing system of record and can work with supported payment providers configured there.
Agency Sub Accounts
An Agency Sub Account represents your own agency workspace rather than a client. HighLevel documents it as an important part of SaaS and rebilling setup, especially in SaaS V2.
Bulk SaaS activation
HighLevel now documents bulk SaaS activation for eligible Pro agencies. That can help an agency move multiple existing sub accounts into a consistent SaaS plan rather than configuring each account one at a time.
What to design before touching the configurator
Define the customer, recurring problem, included services, support boundaries, software access, usage policy, billing model, and cancellation process first. SaaS Mode can automate account and billing operations, but it does not create a compelling offer for you.
