Why agencies need a usage model
AI can change the economics of a client account because some products are subscription based while others depend on usage. Estimate expected locations, conversations, calls, and client pricing before promising an AI service at a flat rate.
Rebilling and reselling
HighLevel documents both supported usage rebilling and recurring AI Employee reselling. These are different. Rebilling passes usage costs through under a configured model. Reselling packages an AI Employee subscription as a client facing recurring offer.
